Replacement Mounting Kit

I ordered replacement mounting kit because I had moved the heater.
The kit arrived promptly and was easy to install. Excellent products and company.

I purchased a used Envi wall unit that came without any hardware. Not really sure about the heater, I ordered the mounting kit and installed It in one of our bathrooms. The unit was very easy to install and I must say it's one of the best heaters I've used.

Clips are still the inferior plastic as I received 10 years ago, not very long lived! Male I spoke to when calling in was rude and not very helpful!

Bought (2) used Envis on eBay and these clips made them operational. I love these heaters and have installed (5) total across two homes. If you’re buying used you need these due to the safety feature.

Love their heaters. Slimline, safe and reliable heat source for small spaces, without drying out the air.. their mounting system is very intelligent and fail save against damage or fire since if it falls from wall off the brackets it will auto shut off. Would like to see them become a heavier grade of metal instead of plastic. If you over tighten accidentally they will crack and then you have to order more.

Exactly what I needed.

All components received in timely manner. Lost parts during a move. Have had 2 of these heaters for several years, never had a problem.

I lost the mounting kit during a remodel and the replacement kit was a perfect match. The extra wall anchor hardware was a nice touch.

We are moving. When we removed our Envi from the wall, we couldn't get the screws/mollies out without damaging the wall (a typical scenario for molly screws). We replaced the mounts and appropriate molly screws with the replacement kit and all is well again. This is a great company with a great product. We have been using Envi heaters for years, as has our son, and they are fantastic. We have a gas furnace, but have solar panels, so we prefer to heat our home with our free electricity. Envi heaters use very little energy anyway, but keep our home toasty warm.

We have two units and have moved several times. Parts enable this.

I bought a pair of heaters several years ago and when I went to install the second one just a few weeks ago
there was no mounting kit in the box.
I sent an e mail explaining but got no response so I was forced to buy a mounting kit. I feel a refund is in order.

My mounting brackets were lost during renovation and this kit was delivered quickly and was easy to install in my master bathroom. Now the room is warm and dry at last.

I misplaced my mounting brackets for my heater while painting. Found replacements on company website. They came quickly and were easy to install.

Arrived quickly, perfect fit and best of all, got my old Envi wall unit to work again just by balancing it correctly on our wall. So very happy. Also quick, free shipping, good quality item - Thrilled as I was about to toss and get new one since we LOVE our Envi(s) (2).

Was missing some parts because we rearranged the room and we reinstalled the heater to a new location. Lost the install parts during the process. Purchased the replacement kit and it works like a charm.

the best mounting kit for your product. 2 peices were missing from original unit. Got the kit quickly, but not before someone stole the heater unit!

I changed the mounting location for my unit and wanted to keep the clips in the wall, so ordered more and customer service provided detailed (measurements). Very useful. Clips work as intended. Can be tricky but are simple enough and hold it securely.

It worked well- thanks

these economical heaters are great supplemental heat sources.I plan on getting at least one more. much safer than space heaters and they turn off when they are not needed.

We bought an e-heat heater at an auction. It did not have the mounting hardware with it. When it was received it, we were able to install the heater without any problems.

the small items are easily misplaced. Good to have replacements. But too expensive.

While a little pricey, if you’re missing the little wall clips which fit perfectly into the safety interlock slots on the back of an Envi panel - this is the replacement kit you’ll need.

One set comes with each panel. When my handyman removed the panels during a repaint job he tossed the old wall clips. Try not to let that happen to you.

Took my heater off the wall, put the mounting kit somewhere during renovation. Got ready to re-mount it, no kit! Looked on the eHeat page, ordered new one, all is good!

Great product and easy to install

I never received the extra mounting kit I ordered.
