eheat Terms & Conditions and 30-Day Returns & Exchange Policy

Please see below for our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy that covers returns, exchanges, refunds, warranties, and cancellations.

Route Package Protection is a 3rd-party provider we (eheat, Inc.) have partnered with that covers any loss due to shipping (loss, damage, or theft). If you did not purchase Route Package Protection with your order and you need to file a claim, please contact us for assistance. If your package arrived damaged or you require assistance filing a claim, please contact us within 48 hours & have your Order number & Date of Purchase ready and email us at support@eheat.com or call 1-800-807-0107. Read more about our Shipping Policy HERE.

We care about your satisfaction. That's why returns to eheat, Inc. are fast & easy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to eheat, Inc. within 30 days of the date of delivery subject to the criteria and exclusions below:

Returns Criteria

1) If any criteria is not met, eheat, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee.

2) All returns require an RMA number issued by eheat, Inc. by calling 1-800-807-0107 and requesting an RMA with a Customer Service Team Member. An RMA number and instructions will then be sent via email within 2 to 5 business days of a returns request.

3) Any packages sent to eheat, Inc. without an RMA number written on the outside of the box cannot be identified in our system and WILL NOT BE CREDITED OR REFUNDED but returned to shipper.

4) Any packages sent to eheat, Inc. for a return are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to have a signature required for delivery, to avoid customer liability for lost or misdelivered shipments related to RMA's. Please check with your courier to ensure signature is required BEFORE shipping your RMA related shipment.

5) You may return any new heater or other item purchased from eheat, Inc. within 30 days that are unopened or dead on arrival (DOA) meaning it does not work out of the box. A full product refund will be issued.

6) Returns or exchanges of any product after 30 days from delivery do NOT qualify for the 30 day refund policy.

7) Opened box and used items will be charged a restocking fee of 15% to 30% or more depending on condition. To avoid additional fees, all returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, mounting kits, manuals and accessories. Customers will be billed per missing or damaged item upon return.

8) All Thermostats returned within 30 days for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 30-50% if item(s) received in a condition other than new, i.e. damaged or missing packaging, spliced or cut wires, chips, dents, scratches, missing components, etc.

Warranty Repairs

Please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks from the date we receive your heater for it to go through the repair process.

Warranty repairs for defective items may either be 1) repaired or 2) exchanged at eheat's discretion depending on the heater model. 

Theft/Damaged Items

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise as registered by the carrier. Signatures are not required on any shipment for a new order placed and shipped from eheat, Inc. unless specifically requested by the customer and therefore eheat is not responsible for any theft after the delivery of the shipment as registered by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

Any item with a voided warranty as described by the 3 year limited warranty in the product manual is not eligible for a return.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our Returns Department and it is recommended that returns are insured for a minimum of $100 with the chosen shipping carrier in order to avoid further fees in the event of damage during shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account according to the policy as listed above. Please allow up to 10 business days for a credit to appear on your account after confirmed receipt by our Returns Department.

Promotions, Sales, and Discounts

Returned orders placed using a promotional discount or coupon will receive appropriate refund according to the conditions of the sale or promotion. This includes minimum quantity promotions such as, but not limited to, "$50 Off 2 or more Envi Heaters." E.g., If you received $50 off on your order of 2 heaters, but only returned one heater, you do not get to keep the $50 discount on the remaining heater you kept. The discount will be refunded, as well, to match the current promotion, if applicable.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order and are able to phone in this request before 1pm (Central Standard Time) of the same business day of the order, the order will be voided. Orders that are cancelled after shipping has occurred will be treated per the return policy stated above.

Liabilities

eheat, Inc. is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

eheat, Inc. Mobile Terms of Service

The eheat, Inc. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by eheat, Inc. (“eheat, Inc.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to eheat, Inc.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of eheat, Inc. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). Message frequency varies. You may expect to receive messages monthly.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with eheat, Inc. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18553398896 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other eheat, Inc. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice.

We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
