I ordered replacement mounting hardware and it was received very quickly. Suggest that you include mounting instruction withreplacment hardware as most of us will not have tat if we are replacing the hardware,

Just what we needed

We installed three envi units in our basement buildout, but had lost one bag of screws, tabs, etc. The replacement bag was shipped right away, and the installation has been finished. All three units are working as expected, and we are really pleased with them. Look good and produce enough heat to easily take the chill out of the basement air. Neat that they stay cool to the touch. Very pleased and would recommend for a similar project.

Great Customer Support

Having these extra parts available for a reasonable price at eHeat really helped me out. I did some home renovations and had to unmout the unit. It took me a few months but thanks to these replacement parts I was able to re-mount the unit in another location. The free shipping was awesome too. Great customer support. I own 3 of your heaters and have sent your site to multiple friends and colleagues.

It was nice that they didn't charge for shipping. The parts were just what I needed including anchors. Took five minutes to install. Very pleased.

Replacements: How easy is that!

I moved and the wall attachments/hangers were lost. I have four of these units, one in every room. It cost five bucks to get replacements and they arrived in less then a week. No fuss no problem.

supplemental heat solution

Bought two HW1022T units to replace old Dayton power consumers that had maintenance issues. The new Envi's fit right over the cutouts and tied right into existing electrical service with little difficulty. The second installed a lot easier once i had the experience of the first. Haven't rc'd first power bill but expect huge savings for 475 watts vs. 4000 W Daytons. New units would be a little light for sole source heating in large areas and wallboard gets pretty hot directly over exhaust under extended operation. Not sure i would use on papered or vinyl covered walls but excellent for our application
